The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khabibov fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Kingkong feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Khabibov sprawling to the canvas! Khabibov rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Kingkong finish him?!

Khabibov is rocked!

It looks like Ramzan Khabibov has been cut.
Khabibov misses with a takedown
and Kingkong rattles Khabibov with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Khabibov tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. Kingkong dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Khabibov stiff and motionless on the mat!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Stick Kingkong!
Stick Kingkong got down on his knees post fight and begged the management for a title shot. 'Please, I want that title shot so bad! Give it to me!'
