Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Robert Twigg and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maddox tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Hyde manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Maddox attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Hyde avoids a punch combination nicely.
Maddox looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Hyde pushes Maddox off and scrambles back to his feet.
Hyde goes for a double leg but Maddox avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Maddox continues to drive forward.
Hyde throws a series of punches but Maddox avoids them all with ease.
Maddox lands a left and a right that send Hyde crashing to the mat, dazed. Maddox thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
It looks like Toney Hyde has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Maddox feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Hyde crashing to the mat! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Mikey Maddox!
