Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kyle Lewis (ranked 3229 p4p, 328 weight class) and Justice Carter (ranked 3913 p4p, 369 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Lewis might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to DMX - Slippin. Justice Carter will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kyle Lewis!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Justice Carter!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Steve Montenegro and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lewis fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Carter cracks the inside of Lewis's front leg.
Lewis tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Carter swivels and escapes.
Carter is looking for the big counter here.
Carter looks to land a combination. Lewis sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Carter lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Lewis looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Carter scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Lewis shoots for a double leg takedown but Carter sprawls well. He's pushed Lewis's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kyle Lewis. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Carter defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Lewis.
As Lewis backs off Carter throws a huge counter combo but Lewis manages to avoid it all.

and Carter counters with a three punch combo that has Lewis backing up. Lewis nods at Carter to acknowledge the strikes.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Carter pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Lewis back to the cage. Carter follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Carter scores with a kick to the midsection.
Carter feints and then cracks Lewis's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Lewis down.
Carter lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Carter lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Carter is working the combinations to good effect here.

Lewis thows a left - swing and a miss!
Carter lands with a good body shot.
Carter keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Carter thows a body kick. Lewis tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Justice Carter is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Carter lands a two punch combo.
Lewis is rocked!
Carter feints with a left and delivers a massive head kick! Lewis collapses like a ragdoll! Game over!
