With a record of 9 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Rodney Alcala!
The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Dean Styles and Russell Pearce.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pato misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Alcala cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Pato tries to clinch but Alcala moves out of range.
Pato wants to clinch up but Alcala keeps it at a distance.
Pato on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Pato cracks Alcala with an open hand slap.
Pato lands with a nice body punch.
Pato misses with a double jab.
The fighters circling - Alcala throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Alcala throws the left hand but Pato avoids the punch easily.
Alcala lands a two punch combo.
Alcala keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Alcala misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Pato misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Alcala counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Pato ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Alcala gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Pato lands with a nice body punch.
Pato has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Gym in the buildup to the fight.
A swing and a miss from Alcala.
Pato ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Pato loads up on a big right hand but Alcala slips the punch.
Guillermo Pato seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Alcala throws a series of punches but Pato avoids them all with ease.
Alcala has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Pato swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Alcala counters with a stiff right hand.
Pato smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

Pato clinches up against the cage.
Alcala is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Pato to keep the fight standing.
Alcala jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Pato walks away with a smile on his face. Alcala gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Pato is looking to wear down Alcala with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Pato darts in trying to clinch
and Alcala counters with a three punch combo that has Pato backing up. Pato nods at Alcala to acknowledge the strikes.

Alcala throws a poor cross that misses
and Pato counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
The fighters circling - Pato throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Alcala misses with an uppercut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Alcala smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Pato lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

Alcala is rocked!
Pato fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Alcala manages to avoid it.
Alcala is still on wobbly legs! Can Pato finish him?
Pato avoids the body shot from Alcala.
Alcala seems to have recovered his senses.

Pato swings for the body but Alcala moves out of range.
Pato throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Alcala colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Pato as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Alcala is left battered and dazed whilst Pato and his camp cheer!
