Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jeremy Old Fart (ranked 6320 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lachlan Myers (ranked 21541 p4p, 0 weight class). Myers comes into a darkened arena with his song building. The Soldier's Song kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Old Fart tries for a takedown but Myers sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Myers scores with a jab. Old Fart acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Myers swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Myers closes the distance and clinches.
Myers is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Myers breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Myers thuds a left hand into Old Fart's body.

Old Fart changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Myers tries to avoid it but Old Fart manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Myers to the ground. Myers escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Myers is looking to regain full guard. He's left an arm up in the air though and Old Fart has latched onto it... Big trouble! Old Fart pivots for an armbar - it's in tight and it Myers is tapping in no time flat! Great counter grappling there from Old Fart!
