Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Biggie Sprawls (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Kimbro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sprawls comes to the cage accompanied by BIG - The wickedest freestyle. The key to victory for Biggie Sprawls has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sprawls throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Sprawls defending well as Kimbro loads up on a big left hand.

Kimbro feints and as Sprawls raises his hands in defense, Kimbro changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Kimbro is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Sprawls has his foot on Kimbro's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Kimbro works his way back into a safe position though.
Kimbro wants to control from the top but Sprawls keeps moving.

That was a close round but I would say that Biggie Sprawls will probably get the nod.

and Kimbro counters with a nice double leg into side control. Sprawls won't be happy with that.
Kimbro wants to lay and pray for a moment but Sprawls keeps working.
Sprawls tries to buck Kimbro off but Kimbro is having none of it.
Sprawls is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Kimbro asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Kimbro remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

and Kimbro counters with a shoot takedown. Sprawls fights it but they end up in guard.

Sprawls bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Kimbro's guard.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Kimbro is on top in guard.

Sprawls escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Kimbro gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Sprawls had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Kimbro is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Sprawls Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Kimbro's back instead.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Sprawls can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Kimbro controls the pace.

Despite being in the dominant position, Joe Kimbro just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Kimbro tries to close the distance and clinch but Sprawls swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Sprawls shoots in but Kimbro avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Joe Kimbro showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Kimbro can do anything to dispel that myth.

Sprawls has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Kimbro should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Sprawls has tightened it up now! Kimbro should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
