Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between George Backman (ranked 3317 p4p, 293 weight class) and Junior Grace (ranked 3060 p4p, 281 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Junior Grace!
The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Daniel Cesar and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grace is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Backman's half guard.
Grace wants to control but Backman is keeping him busy.
Grace uses his free foot to push down on Backman's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Backman.
Backman on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Backman tries to get out of the position.
Grace is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Backman to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Backman shrugs it off.
Backman wants to hold on but Grace pushes him away.
Grace landing strikes, looking to finish!
Backman is desperately trying to improve his position but Grace has a good base and remains in mount.
Backman tries to hold on but Grace postures up.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Grace lands a heavy elbow.
Grace lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Backman hang on?
Grace is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Backman is forced to tap! Great finish!
