Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Stephen Stout (ranked 6378 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shaka Zulu (ranked 3769 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Shaka Zulu was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Excellent takedown into side control there by Stout.

Stout tries for a kimura but Zulu is defending well.
Zulu can't do much from the bottom here.
Zulu is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Zulu regains full guard. Nicely done.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Zulu can do anything to dispel that myth.
Zulu tries to land a sweep but no joy.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Zulu is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
