Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 1, fighting out of New York, Galen Graham!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, JJ JiuJitsu!
The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Franklyn Lucas and Lou da Vinci.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - JiuJitsu looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Graham darts in and clinches JiuJitsu up against the cage.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
JiuJitsu wants to take the fight to the mat but Graham manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
JiuJitsu wants a takedown but no success here.
JiuJitsu tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Graham just stands there and leans against the cage.
Galen Graham has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of JJ JiuJitsu.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.

Graham connects with a series of strikes and the referee is calling for JiuJitsu to escape the position.
Graham misses with an elbow to the head.
Graham has JiuJitsu flattened out and is raining down punches.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Even with his hooks in, Graham manages to miss with strikes from the back.
JiuJitsu manages to reverse the position and now he's in Graham's guard. Nice work there by JiuJitsu.

Let's hope that JiuJitsu has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Graham could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
JiuJitsu content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Graham knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for JiuJitsu on the ground.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

JiuJitsu escapes and gets back to his feet.
JJ JiuJitsu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Graham swats away the attempt to clinch by JiuJitsu.

That was a close round but I would say that Galen Graham will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.


JiuJitsu rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Graham moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
A quick step to the side and Graham tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
JiuJitsu goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
JiuJitsu fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Graham has picked JiuJitsu up - he's going for a ride! Graham dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
JiuJitsu keeping hold of Graham's head, controlling as best he can.

Graham might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

JiuJitsu controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
JiuJitsu is pushing down on Graham's leg trying to pass to half guard. Graham is fighting to maintain full guard but JiuJitsu has managed to sneak the leg through.
JJ JiuJitsu has got the better of the ground game so far.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

JiuJitsu seems to be working for a kimura but Graham defends the submission attempt.

JiuJitsu is looking to pass Graham's guard but actually Graham recovers to full guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

JiuJitsu seems to be looking for submissions.
JiuJitsu thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

JJ JiuJitsu showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! And we move into the final round!


JiuJitsu shoots for a double leg takedown but Graham sprawls well. He's pushed JiuJitsu's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

JiuJitsu is trying to break the clinch but Graham has him pressed against the cage.
Graham gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from JiuJitsu.
JiuJitsu is trying to push Graham away but Graham has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
JiuJitsu tries a body shot but Graham blocks it.

Graham lands a takedown into guard.

JiuJitsu scrambles and gets back to his feet.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Graham leaves JiuJitsu with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Graham is defended easily by JiuJitsu.
JiuJitsu changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Graham stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Graham wants it to stay on the feet.
JiuJitsu tries to clinch but Graham is having none of it.

JiuJitsu throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Graham was covering up waiting for the punch and JiuJitsu finishes the takedown easily into guard.

JiuJitsu stands up and waves to Graham to follow him.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Graham is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

JiuJitsu dives in for a single leg takedown but Graham sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
JiuJitsu looks for a takedown but Graham sprawls well.

JiuJitsu with the counter takedown but Graham avoids it easily.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

No luck with that takedown attempt from JiuJitsu.

I would just about give that final round to JJ JiuJitsu.
I think JiuJitsu has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
