The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rain takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
McMaster scores with a crisp jab that stopped Rain in his tracks.
Rain misses with a straight right.
Rain scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

It looks like Anthony McMaster has been cut.
A slow jab from Rain misses its intended target.
McMaster moves out of range of the strikes.
Rain throws an overhand right that lands on McMaster's shoulder, as McMaster tries to avoid the shot.
Nice cross by McMaster.
A big left from Rain misses.
Nice uppercut there from Rain.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
McMaster moves away from the strike by Rain.

Rain drops McMaster with a beautiful combination! McMaster stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Rain is looking for the KO!
McMaster misses with a straight left.
Rain throws a right hand that McMaster ducks under and follows up with a left that McMaster also avoids with ease.
Rain uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by McMaster.
McMaster moves away from the strike by Rain.

McMaster works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Rain walks into a straight right hand from McMaster.

It looks like Jonathan Rain has been cut.

McMaster cracks Rain with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Rain looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can McMaster finish him?

McMaster uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Rain.
Rain dives in and grabs McMaster's left leg, looking for a takedown. McMaster pushes down on Rain's head and hops out.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
The fighters circling - Rain throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Rain throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Rain connects with a right hand. McMaster shakes it off.
It looks like McMaster has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.
McMaster uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Rain.
Rain looks winded!
Rain misses with a left hand
enabling McMaster to counter with a crisp jab.
McMaster ducks under a wild hook from Rain.
McMaster connects with a right hand. Rain shakes it off.

McMaster drops Rain with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Rain looks back up at him and smiles so McMaster waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Rain is still on wobbly legs! Can McMaster finish him?
Jonathan Rain seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

McMaster is stalking Rain. Rain circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from McMaster, and it's lights out! Rain really payed the price for that rookie mistake.
