The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gratton rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Gentry moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Gratton throws a right and a left that Gentry avoids nicely.
Gentry ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Gentry really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Gratton lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Gentry circles away quickly and effectively.
Gratton misses with a double jab
and Gentry counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Gratton stalks Gentry and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Gentry's face. Gentry staggers backwards, shaken.

It looks like Mohammed Gentry has been cut.
Gratton throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Gentry sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Sloppy strikes from Gratton. Those never looked like landing.
Gratton misses with a series of wild punches.
Gentry was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Gratton dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Gentry closes this distance looking for a takedown but Gratton circles away.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
