The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shepherd has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Cutterlittle.
Cutterlittle lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Cutterlittle on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
A head kick from Cutterlittle lands but Shepherd takes it in his stride.

It looks like Freddie Shepherd has been cut.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Shepherd crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Cutterlittle - the referee stops the clock and Shepherd gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Cutterlittle. Shepherd manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Crunch! Cutterlittle slams his shin into Shepherd's torso.
That kick from Cutterlittle tenderised Shepherd's leg. Shepherd is trying to keep his angry face on.
Cutterlittle fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Shepherd has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Freddie Shepherd.
