Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jeffrey Ryan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carlos Flores (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Flores comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Lazee - im not pop kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Flores changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Ryan looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!

Flores gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Ryan regains guard.

Flores stands and steps away. Ryan gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Flores shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Flores showed some decent athleticism there.

Flores shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Flores won't let Ryan get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.

Flores gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Flores moves in looking to clinch but Ryan pushes him off.
Flores shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Ryan pinned against the cage. Ryan gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Ryan lands a high kick to the side of Flores's head that stuns him and send him tumbling down to the canvas! Ryan dives into guard, looking to finish.

Flores had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Ryan is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Flores Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Ryan's back instead.
Ryan is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet.

Flores is working for a rear naked choke. Ryan is not defending it well and Flores has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Ryan refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Ryan's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
