The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Daniel Franklin and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davidson misses with a jab, cross combination.
Ferguson tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Davidson tries to land a body kick
so Ferguson counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Ferguson advances position into side control!
Ferguson is working to tighten his grip on Davidson's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Davidson has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Ferguson is really squeezing tight and eventually Davidson passes out! Ferguson breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
