The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Arcs Saivons shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Santos is trying to defend but Arcs Saivons finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Arcs Saivons wants to clinch up but Santos keeps it at a distance.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Licler Arcs Saivons seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Santos shoots for a double leg takedown but Arcs Saivons sprawls well. He's pushed Santos's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Arcs Saivons feints and as Santos raises his hands in defense, Arcs Saivons changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Santos is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Arcs Saivons has his hands clasped together but Santos extends and breaks Arcs Saivons's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Santos.
