PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Buakaw Banchamek (ranked 4109 p4p, 341 weight class) and Long Schlong (ranked 1977 p4p, 201 weight class). Banchamek comes to the ring accompanied by Survivor - Eye Of The Tiger. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Long Schlong!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Frank Dennis and Alan Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Banchamek tries to clinch up.
Schlong is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Banchamek with a body shot.

Schlong fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Banchamek to the ground. Schlong is now in Banchamek's guard.

Banchamek looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Schlong trying to control the position from guard on top but Banchamek is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Banchamek is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Banchamek wants to sweep but no luck.
Banchamek is working hard here to advance position.
Schlong is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Banchamek is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Schlong thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Banchamek has his foot on Schlong's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Schlong works his way back into a safe position though.
Banchamek is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at CrossFit Sydney that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Schlong sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Banchamek's guard.

Schlong is working for a submission of some sort.

Schlong seems to be looking for submissions.
Schlong has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Banchamek is trying desperately to improve position.
Schlong trying to control but he's not successful this time.

Schlong sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.

Schlong working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Banchamek turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Schlong off and cradles Banchamek's limp body as Schlong celebrates with his corner.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Long Schlong!
A very excited looking Long Schlong rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
