The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rucco avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Rucco appears to be looking for a big counter.
Rucco avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Rucco throwing a counter right hand but Eighteen manages to avoid it.
Eighteen is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Rucco was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Eighteen fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Rucco, pushing him back against the cage.
Eighteen connects with a knee to the head.
Eighteen gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Rucco.
Rucco tries to pull guard but Eighteen won't allow it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Eighteen swings away with an uppercut that misses.
