Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jb Brown (ranked 1666 p4p, 198 weight class) and Khamid Osman Durnagoz (ranked 2170 p4p, 247 weight class). Brown comes to the cage accompanied by A lot by 21 savage/j cole. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown gets a double leg takedown into Durnagoz's guard.
Brown is stalling in the full guard.
Brown drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Brown jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Brown is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Brown with a flurry of punches that miss.
Brown distracts Durnagoz with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Brown drops back looking for a leg! Durnagoz is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Durnagoz manages to kick Brown off! Brown jumps back into Durnagoz's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Brown is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Durnagoz is just riding it out for now. Brown eventually gives up the hold.
Brown is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Durnagoz has managed to free his arm - good work.
Brown keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.

Brown throwing shots but Durnagoz is blocking nicely.
Brown is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Durnagoz is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!

In his post fight interview, Jb Brown started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
