Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Anthony Jackson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ragang Ebon!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Radbod Blank and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Jackson lands with a right hand.
Jackson tries to bum rush Ebon with a series of wild strikes but Ebon uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Jackson has Ebon up against the cage in a clinch.
Jackson's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Jackson looks to land a combination but Ebon avoids it well.
Ebon lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Ebon shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Ebon showed some decent athleticism there.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Ebon wants to take a breather but Jackson is having none of it.
Ebon slips a nice elbow through Jackson's hands, connecting with Jackson's forehead.
Ebon wants to control but Jackson is keeping him busy.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Ebon might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Jackson haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Ebon uses his free foot to push down on Jackson's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Jackson.
Ebon controlling his opponent.
Jackson wants to try and get back to his feet.
Jackson is trying to escape the mount.
Jackson tries to buck Ebon off but Ebon takes his back!
Ebon is cranking Jackson's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Jackson! He's tightened the choke and Jackson is tapping out!
