Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Octavio Saades (ranked 459 p4p, 59 weight class) and Marcus Child (ranked 600 p4p, 83 weight class). Child has chosen VooDoo as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saades on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Saades throws an overhand right that lands on Child's shoulder, as Child tries to avoid the shot.
Saades misses with an attempted mid kick.
Child replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Saades blocks it well.
Child's coach down at Midnight MMA was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Child's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Saades takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Saades lunges at Child with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Child's hand.

That kick from Saades tenderised Child's leg. Child is trying to keep his angry face on.

The fighters circling - Saades throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

A little jabbing left from Child on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.

Child throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Saades on the side of the head.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
