Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Russell Pearce and Joseph Jones.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Red just misses with a punch to the body.
Red looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Red closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Kurt Red seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rahman jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Rahman digs a good body shot into Red's ribs.
Rahman cracks a nice hook into Red's ribs.
Rahman lands with a good body shot.
Rahman throws a series of strikes that have Red backpedaling.

It looks like Kurt Red has been cut.

Red forces Rahman back against the cage and clinches.

Red gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Red might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Rahman is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Red loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Red is looking to stand up but Rahman won't let him.

Red drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Rahman manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Red has Rahman in his guard.

Red has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Rahman is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Red.

Rahman happy to just control the position for now.
Red is trying to buck Rahman off.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Red tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Rahman wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
The referee asks Rahman politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Rahman prefers to stall for the moment though.

Rahman tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Let's hope that Rahman has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Rahman decides to stand back up.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Red has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Red there as he acknowledges the shot.
Red fails with a takedown attempt.
Rahman swats away the attempt to clinch by Red.
Rahman is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Red fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kurt Red. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Rahman stuns Red with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Red throws a wild hook but Rahman just manages to duck under it and - ooooh! Red gets nailed by a brutal uppercut which crumples him back against the cage! The referee jumps in - Rahman raises his hands in celebration and walks away!
