Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Rodrigo Bean (ranked 23429 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rick Jackson (ranked 4689 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Jackson's choice of entrance music: Wild Thing. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
It looks like Rodrigo Bean has been cut.
Jackson misses with the combination.
Jackson moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
An inside leg kick from Jackson misses.
Jackson lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Bean throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Jackson takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bean uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Jackson.
Bean avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Jackson lands with a slapping head kick.
Bean is rocked!
Jackson and Bean are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. Jackson throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Bean into next week! Ooooh that was huge! Jackson knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Rick Jackson!
Rick Jackson spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
