Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Osman Dawoud (ranked 650 p4p, 89 weight class) and Pal Hasani (ranked 1252 p4p, 153 weight class). Hasani has chosen Slipknot - Duality as his entrance music. Osman Dawoud could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Pal Hasani's chin.

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Osman Dawoud!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Pal Hasani!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, James Ackerman and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dawoud uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Hasani.
Hasani throws an ugly left hook that misses
letting Dawoud counter with a right hand.
Dawoud misses with a looping left.
Hasani drops his hands momentarily and Dawoud takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Hasani lands a jab to the head.
Hasani throws a lazy body kick
and Dawoud holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hasani tries to break the clinch but Dawoud is controlling the position.

Dawoud creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Hasani with a big uppercut! Hasani tries to clinch up but Dawoud pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Hasani to the mat! Hasani covers up and Dawoud unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
