Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ronaldo Gonya (ranked 1315 p4p, 169 weight class) and Lucas Pablo (ranked 2627 p4p, 293 weight class). This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Ronaldo Gonya!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Lucas Pablo!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Albert Achterberg and Paul Aken.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pablo throws a nice looking combination but Gonya bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Pablo has a takedown stuffed.
Gonya throws the kick towards the body but Pablo avoids it.
Gonya stuns Pablo with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Pablo has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Gonya.

Gonya tries to keep at a distance but Pablo has taken the fight into the clinch.
Pablo is looking for a takedown.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Pablo tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Ronaldo Gonya has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lucas Pablo.
Pablo is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Pablo is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Gonya to keep the fight standing.

Gonya using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Pablo has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Gonya working the clinch nicely. Pablo is working for position but Gonya cracks him with a big knee to the head! Pablo crumples up against the cage and Gonya lands two more shots before the ref can save Pablo! This one is all over!
