Le Phat comes to the cage accompanied by Bonita Applebum. Roc Le Phat has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Malachi Bolton!
The judges for this bout are Francis DeMontford, Damien Edna and Topper Green.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bolton feints a jab promting Le Phat to slip. Bolton then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Le Phat slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

It looks like Roc Le Phat has been cut.

Bolton drives through and clinches with Le Phat against the cage.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Bolton has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Le Phat pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Bolton shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Bolton throws a left and a right that both miss

and Le Phat counters with a crisp right hand that drops Bolton! Le Phat lets Bolton back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

Bolton is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Bolton lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Bolton is still on wobbly legs! Can Le Phat finish him?

and Le Phat counters with a powerful cross that connects right on the chin and the lights go out! A massive one punch knock out!

After winning the bout, Roc Le Phat thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
