Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Harumichi Bouya (ranked 3560 p4p, 365 weight class) and Ay Blyad (ranked 4485 p4p, 422 weight class). Bouya's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Ambitionz Az A Ridah. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ay Blyad!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blyad tries for a takedown but Bouya sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Blyad shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Blyad was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Bouya is looking for a sweep.

Blyad wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Bouya, who protects the arm well.
Bouya is letting Blyad control him for a moment.
Blyad working the ground and pound but Bouya is defending the strikes.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Blyad working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Bouya is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Blyad has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Blyad is trying to get an arm triangle but Bouya is defending well.

Blyad tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Blyad has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Blyad throwing strikes but Bouya manages to buck up and roll into a nice reversal - now he's on top in side control!
Blyad is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Blyad is trying to improve his position.

Bouya has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Blyad tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Bouya defends well and Blyad ends up having to push Bouya into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Bouya lands a nice shot to the body.

Blyad uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Bouya.
Blyad shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Bouya sprawls well. Bouya wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Blyad gets slowly back to his feet.
Harumichi Bouya has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ay Blyad.

Blyad shoots in and gets a takedown into Bouya's guard.

Blyad trying to control the position from guard on top but Bouya is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Blyad postures up in Bouya's guard and throws a big left but Bouya blocks it.
Blyad won't allow Bouya to sweep him here.

Blyad throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Bouya works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Blyad is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Bouya is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Bouya has escaped and now he's on top!

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Blyad is looking for a triangle here but Bouya uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Blyad manages to get back to half guard.

Blyad is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Bouya pulls his head out easily.
Bouya looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Blyad has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Bouya. Oh but Blyad has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Bouya goes limp - he's gone! Blyad jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
