The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Butts digs a good hook to Mueller's body.
Sloppy strikes from Butts. Those never looked like landing.
Butts sizes up Mueller with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Butts rushes Mueller and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Butts has clasped his hands together around Mueller's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.

Mueller parries the strikes from Butts easily there. Butts is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Mueller to escape.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Butts is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Mueller's shoulder. That is not cool.

Mueller is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Butts is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Mueller sees it coming and defends easily.

Mueller knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Butts on the ground.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Oooooh, big shot lands for Butts! Mueller is hurt baaadly! Butts is firing away with more strikes - Mueller is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
