Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rousey tries to keep at a distance but Simmons has taken the fight into the clinch.
Simmons has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Rousey is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Rousey blocks an uppercut.
Simmons is looking for a takedown up against the ropes. Rousey gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Simmons blocks an uppercut.
A head punch on the inside from Rousey fails to land.
Simmons wants to take the fight to the mat but Rousey manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ben Simmons. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Simmons gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Rousey has his feet on Simmons's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
Rousey takes a swing at Simmons's ribcage but misses.
Simmons looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Rousey is fending him off so far but Simmons persists. Nope, Rousey circles away and we're back to standing.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Rousey closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Simmons sneaks back into half guard.

Rousey lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Simmons is rocked!
Rousey lands a big elbow - Simmons is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Rousey!
