The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rideout tries to clinch there but Vaughn circles away.
Rideout is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Rideout shoots in and bounces Vaughn off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Vaughn pushes Rideout off and scrambles back to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Rideout feints and as Vaughn raises his hands in defense, Rideout changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Vaughn manages to escape and get back to his feet.

Vaughn really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Rideout tried to score with a low kick but Vaughn checks it.
Vaughn is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Rideout.

Rideout drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Rideout moves in looking to clinch but Vaughn pushes him off.

and Vaughn counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

Rideout shoots in for a takedown. Oh, that's a huge slam! Vaughn is on queer street and Rideout is pounding down on him with a barage of strikes. The ref is forced to step in and stop the fight. Great finish!
