Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mendez throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Mendez takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Little's jab looks to have found its range, popping Mendez under the eye.
Mendez has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Little lands a slapping body shot.
A head kick from Little lands but Mendez takes it in his stride.

It looks like Ricky Mendez has been cut.
Mendez looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Mendez throws a nice looking combination but Little bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Little showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Mendez.
Mendez swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Little counters with a two punch combo.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Little changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Mendez looks to land a combination but Little avoids it well.
Mendez throws a series of punches but Little moves out of range.

Little connects with a beautiful left hand that drops Mendez onto his butt! Mendez bounces straight back up though - he's OK. After the ref checks him out, we're back to the action.
Mendez has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Little.
Little jabs at Mendez's body.
Mendez misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Little jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit.
Mendez looks winded!

Little scores with a jab and follows up with an uppercut that drops Mendez to his knees! He bounces straight back to his feet but is forced to take the mandatory standing 8 count before he's allowed to continue. We're back under way and the fighters meet in the middle of the canvas to re-engage.

Mendez swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Little weaves into range and cracks Mendez right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Mendez goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Little is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.
