Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Ravi Shankoli (ranked 1838 p4p, 241 weight class) and Dave Brown (ranked 15577 p4p, 569 weight class). Shankoli's entrance music is Ravi Shankar - Om Shiva. A fine choice. On his way into the ring it seems that Ravi Shankoli has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Ravi Shankoli seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Matheus Silva and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shankoli moves out of range of the body kick from Brown.
Shankoli misses with a hook
and Brown counters with a leg kick.

Brown has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Shankoli sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Shankoli wants to clinch up but Brown keeps it at a distance.
Brown fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Shankoli on the side of the head.
Shankoli walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Brown fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Brown lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Brown is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Shankoli had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Brown, as that shot connected.

Shankoli tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Brown chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Shankoli can pounce on him.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Shankoli staggers Brown with a jab and knocks him down with a follow up straight! Brown looks in trouble, will he beat the count?! The count has reached 5 and he's only back to 1 knee - it's going to be close! 6,7,8 - he's up! No! He's back down again! 9...10 - he's can't beat the count and Shankoli is victorious!
