Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between joe blow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Edward Araki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Araki has chosen Kaczor - Ten dzień as his entrance music. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, joe blow!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Edward Araki!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Chris Downing and George Francis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Araki looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

blow feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Araki throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

blow closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.

Araki manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Araki accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

That was a close second round but I would say that joe blow will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
