The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alatalo misses with a hook. Mangrove ducked under it nicely.
Mangrove ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Mangrove with the counter takedown but Alatalo avoids it easily.
Mangrove fakes the leg kick and cracks Alatalo in the body.
Alatalo cracks a nice hook into Mangrove's ribs.
Alatalo swings for the body but Mangrove moves out of range.

Mangrove closes the distance and clinches.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Mangrove just misses with a elbow thrown towards Alatalo's brow.
Mangrove digs a right hand underneath Alatalo's ribcage. Alatalo let out a lung full of air as it connected.

Mangrove jumps guard and drags Alatalo to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Mangrove is trying to keep Alatalo in close.
Mangrove is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
