The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Dmitry Maklakov and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Danga de danga de dang - Hyman scores with a four punch combination!
Holt has taken the fight to the clinch.
Holt wants a takedown but no success here.
Hyman is trying to push Holt away but Holt has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Hyman prevents the takedown attempt.
Hyman pulls guard successfully.
Holt trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.

Holt wants to get up but he can't break Hyman's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Holt postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Hyman is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Holt postures up in Hyman's guard and throws a big left but Hyman blocks it.

Hyman looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
Holt is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Hyman tries to score a power double leg takedown but Holt sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Hyman somewhat.
Holt tries to counter with a takedown but Hyman is quick to defend against it.
A punch lands to the side of Holt 's head but he takes it in his stride.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Hyman pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Holt stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Holt wants it to stay on the feet.

Holt moves in looking to clinch but Hyman pushes him off.
Holt goes for a double leg but Hyman avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Hyman continues to drive forward.
Hyman lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.

Holt tries to pull guard but Hyman holds him up against the cage and eventually Holt drops back down to his feet.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Holt throws a nice outside leg kick.
Holt throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hyman's waist but Hyman gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Holt off to one side.
Hyman unleashes a big counter combination but Holt bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Hyman instigates a clinch.
Holt is working for takedown but Hyman is calmly controlling the position for now.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Hyman is trying to break the clinch but Holt has him pressed against the cage.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Holt accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Holt keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Hyman's head.

Holt has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Hyman stuffs the takedown.
Hyman tries a low kick but Holt avoids it.
Hyman misses with a jab, cross combination.
Holt tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Hyman is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.

Hyman dodges the punch combination from Holt.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Hyman enables Holt to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Hyman manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Holt decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Hyman swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Holt counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Hyman!
Hyman sneaks out the side door and pushes Holt away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The fight stays on the outside here - Holt looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
We've been informed that Hyman has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.

Holt instigates a clinch.
Hyman is pressed up against the cage. Holt has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Hyman down to the mat. Hyman avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Holt tries a head kick but it misses.
Holt fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Hyman has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Holt manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Hyman on his heels. He'll look to pass Hyman's guard now, I'm sure.

Seymour Holt overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Holt controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Holt throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Hyman works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Holt stands up over Hyman, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Holt is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Hyman is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Hyman has escaped and now he's on top!

That was a close second round but I would say that Seymour Holt will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Holt tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Hyman smiles and moves away.
Hyman circles away from the clinch attempt.
Hyman lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.

A little jabbing left from Hyman on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.

Holt wants to take the fight to the mat but Hyman manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Hyman pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Seymour Holt seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Holt closes the distance and clinches.
Holt keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Hyman's efforts to push away.
Hyman gets underhooks to prevent Holt's takedown attempt.
Holt jumps guard but Hyman stands there with Holt around his waist. Holt gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Holt tightens his grip and picks Hyman up, before dumping him to the ground. Hyman manages to land in guard.
Holt throws an elbow that misses. Hyman uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Holt's guard. Nice move by Hyman!

Holt wants to sweep but no luck.
Holt lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
And that's the end of the fight!
William Hyman comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Hyman has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
