Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bosco Iwoba (ranked 2113 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jackson Greer (ranked 6388 p4p, 0 weight class). Iwoba comes to the cage accompanied by Hercules*. Bosco Iwoba has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Greer enables Iwoba to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Greer manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Iwoba throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Greer's waist but Greer gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Iwoba off to one side.

That was a close round but I would say that Bosco Iwoba will probably get the nod.

Iwoba goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Greer has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Iwoba but great work by Greer.

Iwoba drops back, looking for a kneebar! Greer looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Greer looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Greer!

Iwoba jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Greer is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Greer and Iwoba has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Iwoba is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Greer is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Iwoba goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Greer rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Iwoba's guard! Nice work there by Greer!

Iwoba has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
Iwoba is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
