Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Michael MP (ranked 3050 p4p, 308 weight class) and Mawi Da Oxlade (ranked 1679 p4p, 207 weight class). MP kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Whitesnake - Is This Love?. Michael MP has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Da Oxlade blocks a head kick by MP.
Da Oxlade throws out a counter right but MP avoids it with no problem.
Da Oxlade takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
MP throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Da Oxlade! But no joy.
MP throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

It looks like Michael MP has been cut.
Da Oxlade throws a right hand that MP ducks under and follows up with a left that MP also avoids with ease.

MP shoots in and bounces Da Oxlade off the ropes to secure the takedown into guard.
