The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Craft looking for a takedown here - he's got it.

Foster has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Craft is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.

Foster working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Craft is concentrating on defense, preventing Foster from advancing position.
Craft pushes Foster off looking to stand but Foster dives back in and keeps control.
Craft is trying to get back to full guard.
Craft makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Craft.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

Foster is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Craft knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Foster is trying to get an arm triangle but Craft is defending well.
Craft is looking to reverse the position.
Craft wants to get back to his feet but Foster is dominant here and he's now got Craft's back!
Foster has the hooks in. Craft is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.

Craft feints and as Foster raises his hands in defense, Craft changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Craft wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Foster's closed guard. He's half up but Foster has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Foster pivots and extends the arm, Craft falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Foster! Well done that man!
