The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Castilo.

Castilo closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Fighter D quickly recovers to half guard.
Fighter D is doing well to control the position and prevent Castilo from advancing to side control.
Fighter D continues to stall.

Fighter D pushes Castilo off and gets back to his feet.
Castilo will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Fighter D bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Fighter D pivots, looking for a leg kick but Castilo is out of range and Fighter D settles back down.

Fighter D fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Castilo is out of range.
Castilo feints the counter takedown.
Fighter D shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Castilo throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Fighter D's waist but Fighter D gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Castilo off to one side.
Test Fighter D has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dean Castilo.
