The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jaa instigates a clinch.
Jaa is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.

Jaa gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Weenus wants to get back to his feet.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Weenus wants to improve his position but Jaa is controlling well.

Weenus working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Jaa doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Jaa manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Weenus is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Jaa is aware though and is defending well.
