Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jose Gomez (ranked 3969 p4p, 399 weight class) and Samart Payakaroon (ranked 3590 p4p, 373 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Peter Branson and David Hoff.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gomez looking to score a takedown here. Payakaroon is defending well but Gomez drives through and ends up in Payakaroon's guard.
Gomez sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Payakaroon's guard.
Payakaroon has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Endgame Combat . Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.
Gomez moves into full mount! Payakaroon won't be happy about that!
Gomez won't let Payakaroon get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.
Payakaroon prevents Gomez from taking his back.
Gomez working for a submission but Payakaroon is keeping him at bay.
Gomez seems to be looking to move to his opponent's back but Payakaroon is holding on tight.
Payakaroon is trying to escape the mount but Gomez keeps good control and instead manages to take Payakaroon's back.
Gomez seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.
Gomez is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Payakaroon with him. Payakaroon is trying to defend but Gomez has an arm under the chin now! Payakaroon grimaces and is forced to tap out!
