PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cromel Tracer (ranked 4692 p4p, 0 weight class) and Donald Fonald (ranked 5304 p4p, 0 weight class). Tracer comes to the cage accompanied by NF-I`m ready. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Cromel Tracer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Donald Fonald!
The judges for this bout are Darius Henderson, Steve Erwin and Skip Squint.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tracer scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

It looks like Donald Fonald has been cut.
Tracer is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Fonald.
Fonald looks for a takedown but Tracer sprawls well.
Fonald shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Tracer as he jumps to the side.
Fonald fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Cromel Tracer has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Donald Fonald.
Fonald keeps the fight on the outside.
Tracer misses with the combination.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Fonald shoots in but Tracer avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Fonald manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Tracer on his heels. He'll look to pass Tracer's guard now, I'm sure.
Fonald pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Tracer is keeping the position for now.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Tracer is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Fonald presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.
Fonald tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Tracer just stands there and leans against the cage.
Tracer is trying to stall.
Tracer tries to pull guard but Fonald forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Fonald has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Tracer avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Still in the clinch, Fonald scores with a nice short uppercut.
Tracer swings wildly with an uppercut but Fonald uses good head movement to avoid it.
Fonald is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Tracer to keep the fight standing.
Fonald is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Tracer stops a takedown attempt from Fonald.
Fonald tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Tracer misses with a short punch on the inside.
Fonald should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Tracer prevents a takedown attempt there.
Fonald has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Tracer is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Fonald drops down looking for an ankle pick but Tracer pulls his leg out and moves away.

Fonald drives through with a takedown into guard.
Fonald is fighting to break Tracer's control of his arms but Tracer is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Fonald wants to get up but he can't break Tracer's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Tracer manages to escape and get back to his feet.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Tracer pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Fonald back to the cage. Tracer follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Tracer tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Fonald closes the distance but Tracer moves to the side

and Tracer counters with a crisp one two that drops Fonald! Tracer thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Fonald to his feet! Fonald is in big trouble!

Fonald is rocked!
Fonald switches off momentarily and Tracer cracks him with a monster right hand! Fonald topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Tracer dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Tracer!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Cromel Tracer!
Post fight, Cromel Tracer took to the microphone: 'The last time I beat someone up that hard they gave me 4 years in prison but the first fight was more of a challenge, this one just fought like a sissi!But that doesnt matter now, I am a Champ and I will just keep winning!
