Quick has chosen DNA- Kendrick Lamar as his entrance music. Dru Quick has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Frank Branch's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Quick tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Branch counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Quick throws a body punch but Branch moves out of range.
Branch swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.

Branch throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Quick on the side of the head.

As Quick looks to move away, Branch throws a big counter combo but Quick just gets out of the way.

Branch definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Branch cracks Quick with a perfect right hand that drops him to the mat! Quick is sitting up but I can't see if he's OK from my position. The referee's count has reached 5,6,7 and Quick is still not up. Can he make it? 8,9, he's up! Wow, he cut that one a bit fine!

That was a close second round but I would say that Frank Branch will probably get the nod.

I would just about give that final round to Dru Quick.
Well Branch has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
