The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Nailz fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Fury sprawls well initially but Nailz persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Fury is in trouble now - Nailz has advanced to mount!
Fury is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
Fury is in all sorts of trouble here.
Nailz lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Fury tries to lock up and control but Nailz gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Nailz is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Fury defends it well.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Nailz works his foot free and advances to mount.

Nailz has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
What can Fury do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!
Fury really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Nailz. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Fury just trying to survive but Nailz is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish.

The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Nailz's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.

Fury is trying to get back to his feet but Nailz has full control of the position and if anything, Fury has just worked his way into a worse spot.

Nailz feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Fury has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Nailz can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

That was a close second round but I would say that Hammerand Nailz will probably get the nod.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Nailz cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
