Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Robert Ray (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mickolai Mousoveski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Robert Ray!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mickolai Mousoveski!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Cecil Peabody and Tiny Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mousoveski keeps the fight on the outside.
Ray stuffs the takedown attempt from Mousoveski. Mousoveski gets slowly back to his feet.

Mousoveski fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Ray sprawls well initially but Mousoveski persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Mousoveski working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Mousoveski seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Mousoveski lands a nice short elbow.

Ray is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Mousoveski pulls his head out easily.

Mousoveski passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Ray!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Ray is looking for a sweep. Mousoveski is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Ray makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!

Mousoveski shoots in but Ray avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Ray shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Mousoveski as he avoids it easily.
Mousoveski throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
No joy there for Mousoveski, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Mousoveski doesn't manage to clinch there - Ray circles away.
Ray moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Mickolai Mousoveski dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.


Ray stuffs the takedown attempt from Mousoveski. Mousoveski gets slowly back to his feet.
Mousoveski throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Ray's waist but Ray gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Mousoveski off to one side.
Ray closes the distance and clinches up with Mousoveski, looking for a takedown. Ray pushes Mousoveski against the cage but Mousoveski circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

and Ray counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Good leg kick by Ray there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Ray looks for a takedown but Mousoveski sprawls well.

and Mousoveski counters with a nice double leg into side control. Ray won't be happy with that.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Mousoveski is on top in guard.

We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Mousoveski has eaten all the pies!
Mousoveski is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Ray really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
