Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Cyril Makarenko (ranked 3374 p4p, 28 weight class) and Sanderlei Bitetti (ranked 5383 p4p, 43 weight class). Makarenko comes to the ring accompanied by Macarena - Original version. Sanderlei Bitetti has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Matheus Silva and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Makarenko, as that shot connected.
Makarenko lands with a right hand.
It looks like Sanderlei Bitetti has been cut.
Makarenko rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Bitetti counters with a really nice, stiff jab that drops Makarenko onto his ass. He'll have to take the mandatory count from the referee but he's back on his feet and he seems OK to continue.
It looks like Cyril Makarenko has been cut.
We've been informed that Bitetti has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Makarenko lands with a kick to the temple. Bitetti shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Makarenko misses with a left hand
and Bitetti counters with a right hand to the body.
Makarenko works Bitetti's body with a nice hook.
Makarenko tries to bum rush Bitetti with a series of wild strikes but Bitetti uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Bitetti raises up his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.
Makarenko misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Bitetti.
Bitetti avoids the head kick by Makarenko.
Makarenko pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Makarenko works the jab nicely.
Makarenko swings widly with a right hand
letting Bitetti counter with a right hand.
Makarenko keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Bitetti on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Bitetti takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Makarenko scores with a sloppy right hand. Bitetti should have avoided that one.
Makarenko misses the shot to the body.
Makarenko misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Bitetti doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Makarenko scores with a jab to the body.
Makarenko takes a swing at Bitetti's ribcage but misses.
A little jabbing left from Bitetti on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Makarenko throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Makarenko throws a head kick that Bitetti semi-blocks.
Bitetti drops his hands momentarily and Makarenko needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Bitetti just on the top of the head. Bitetti drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Bitetti - he's done!

Cyril Makarenko was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
