Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jeff Plushmaster (ranked 4686 p4p, 0 weight class) and Psycho Crusher (ranked 2551 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Plushmaster tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Crusher paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Crusher lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Plushmaster closes the distance but Crusher moves to the side
and Crusher counters with a nice uppercut.

It looks like Jeff Plushmaster has been cut.
Plushmaster lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Crusher circles away quickly and effectively.
Plushmaster feints a jab promting Crusher to slip. Plushmaster then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Crusher slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Plushmaster slips a straight right by Crusher.
Crusher throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Plushmaster counters with a series of strikes. Crusher will be more careful next time no doubt.
Crusher misses with a straight right.
It looked like Plushmaster was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Crusher dodges the punch combination from Plushmaster.
Despite the aggression on Crusher's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Plushmaster shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Crusher counters with a stiff right hand.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Plushmaster wants to clinch but Crusher slips to the side
and Crusher counters with a crisp right that sends Plushmaster to the canvas! Crusher follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Psycho Crusher!
