Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Caramon Majere!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Richard Brenner!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Bruno Lombardi and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
An inside leg kick lands from Majere.
Majere tries to close the distance and clinch up but Brenner swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Majere throws a head kick that misses.
A swing and a miss from Brenner.
Brenner dips to his left and cracks Majere with an uppercut!
Majere tries to clinch but Brenner is having none of it.
Majere shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Brenner lands the left hand.

Majere tries for a takedown but Brenner circles away easily
and Brenner makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Brenner lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Majere backs up against the cage.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Brenner digs a good body shot into Majere's ribs.
Majere ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Majere has managed to clinch.
Brenner told us before the fight that he's been working on his elbows. An under utilised technique these days - let's see if it can sway the outcome of the fight.
Brenner escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Donk. Brenner catches Majere right on the button with a cross.
Brenner lands a nice looking body shot.
We've been hearing reports that Majere has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

A left lands for Brenner.
Majere tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Brenner paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Majere forces Brenner back against the cage and clinches.
Brenner blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Majere looking to stall.
Majere tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Majere misses with an elbow over the top.
Brenner is trying to break free.
Brenner is looking to break free of the clinch but Majere has double underhooks.
Majere comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Brenner lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Majere misses with a knee to the head.
Majere is breathing heavily.
Brenner slows down the pace here.
Brenner's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

A lazy body kick from Majere
and Brenner counters with a nice right hand that sends Majere toppling to the canvas! Majere scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Brenner finish him?!
Majere is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Brenner closes the distance and lands a brutal uppercut that knocks Majere out! We're looking at the replay now - he was out before he hit the floor!
