The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knox throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around slice's waist but slice gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Knox off to one side.
slice connects with a right hand. Knox shakes it off.
slice tries for a takedown but Knox circles away easily
and Knox counters with a single leg into guard. slice didn't expect that.
Knox avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
slice has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Knox doesn't defend quickly enough and slice has managed to lock this one up! Can Knox escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to slice on a fantastic submission victory.
