The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williams throws a hook to the side of Blaze's head but Blaze sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Williams pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Blaze lands with a cross.
Blaze falls off balance throwing a combination
and Williams counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Blaze thinking.
Blaze looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Williams misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Williams fails to land with a series of punches.
Blaze ducks under a wild hook from Williams.
Blaze slips a straight right by Williams.
Williams throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Blaze ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Blaze feints a jab promting Williams to slip. Blaze then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Williams slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

and Blaze counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Blaze jabs Williams to the body, keeping him at a distance.

Williams catches Blaze with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Blaze doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Williams changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

Wayne Williams seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Blaze uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Williams.
Blaze moves out of range as Williams strikes.
It looked like Blaze was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Blaze seems to have got his legs back now.
Blaze throws a body shot but no joy.

Williams rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Blaze counters with a left to the body.
Blaze throws a series of punches but Williams avoids them all with ease.

Blaze seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.

Williams lands a right hook to the body.
Williams uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Blaze has time to react.
Williams dodges the punch combination from Blaze.

and Williams counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Williams darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Blaze ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Blaze was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Williams on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Blaze looks to score with a jab to the body but Williams is just out of range.
Blaze is looking to wear down Williams with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Blaze fails to land with a series of punches.

and Williams counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Williams rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Blaze counters with a good low kick that Williams was not able to check.
Williams closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks Blaze out cold! Blaze corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.
