The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Daniel Franklin and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dzhakara drives through with a takedown into guard.
Dzhakara with a flurry of punches that miss.

Cult looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Cult looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Dzhakara gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dzhakara manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Cult on his heels. He'll look to pass Cult's guard now, I'm sure.
Cult definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Cult tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Cult keeping moving, preventing Dzhakara from controlling successfully.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

It looks like Dzhakara might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Dzhakara wants to control from the top but Cult keeps moving.

We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Dzhakara darts in and clinches Cult up against the cage.
Dzhakara gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Cult trying to control the position.
Cult looking to hit a scissor sweep but Dzhakara is one step ahead there.
Cult has his foot on Dzhakara's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Dzhakara works his way back into a safe position though.
Dzhakara trying to control the position from guard on top but Cult is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Cult is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Dzhakara is posturing up here but Cult has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Dzhakara tries to roll out but it's too tight and Dzhakara has to tap! Slick submission there by Cult!
